I’m not sure I’ve found mine yet tbh, most times I just write down anything and kinda change the tone and whatnot after I re-read it a couple times.

I honestly don't have a grand process and probably don't even have a unique writing voice per say... I honestly just write imitating the voice in my head.

Reading a whole bunch of stuff, whether it's nonfiction or YA light novels really helps develop your writing style. When I was younger, I was obsessed with the Percy Jackson series, to the point where that was pretty much all I read. I started realizing that that how I wanted to write, and tried tailoring my style to match PJO's. While I'm sure some people would say that's copying, in the end, we're all putting our own spin on it. Your writing style is affected by the experiences you have, the beliefs you hold, all of that. Now, I'm not as in love with Rick Riordan's writing style as I was back then, but I can say that it probably did play some part in developing the writing style I have today.
Honestly, if you really admire an author or a particular type of book, start trying to pinpoint what it is you really like about that writing. Is it how much detail they put in? The figurative language? Maybe you like a writing style that's more focused on the clear-cut story instead of wishy-washy dialogue. Integrating all of these different sources of inspiration into your writing, as well as aspects that are completely original, eventually leads you to have your own writing style that's just as good!
